I think that you might have a good idea here, if it remained unoffensive to religion. But a longer, funnier story with a plot would help... but nice idea!

Hellborn Pt. 1 Well...
The animation was good as far as stick goes...
but, the actual story - those who are highly religious carry an assortment of guns and shoot/kick heads off?! hmm... :)
